Randy Paoletti, a native Tucsonan, has been working actively in the construction industry since 1979. Having started as a carpenter here in Tucson, he has worked on, supervised, or managed many different construction projects not only in Arizona, but California and Colorado as well. His extensive experience in Construction Management with various types of companies specializing in Commercial and Residential Construction would enable him to make a Significant Contribution to any construction project.

Randy's objective is to provide the company's clients with an organized, efficient and time conscience method of constructing commercial and residential construction projects while emphasizing quality, cost control, schedules and premier customer service.

Blue Fin Seafood Bistro - Tucson, AZ       

Two-story tenant improvement restaurant project at Casas Adobes Plaza that included extensive electrical, mechanical, fire sprinkler and plumbing upgrades. Project Cost - $248K

Loews Theatre @ The Foothills Mall - Tucson, AZ 

Renovation of (15) movie theatres, (2) concessions, restrooms, and lobby areas. Construct new mall entry into theatre, box office, employee offices, and fast food kitchen. Project Cost - $2.212 Million

Paoletti Residence - Morrison, CO                

Develop, design, and build a 5700 square foot three level wood framed home on 2 1/2 acres. Amenities included in-floor radiant heat system, three (3) river rock fireplaces, wood and stone floors, granite countertops, bar, theatre, hot tub, and state of the art appliances. This home is featured at www.creativehouseplans.com. Construction Cost - $573K

California, Colorado, Montana, Wyoming, Utah, and New Mexico. Successfully completed over $80 Million worth of Facilities Construction within the department of Technical Facilities Management

6K sf Emergency Facilities Computer Room and Office Complex. Project Cost - $1.9 Million
